Restorative yoga releases tension in the body and helps us relax so deeply the breathing becomes more steady, the nervous system quiets and therefore our thoughts slow down. I will help you get into very simple postures supported with bolsters and blankets so your body can rest.
Yoga gives us tools to overcome the obstacles that exist between us ,freedom, joy and gratitude.
